I cannot remember when I wasn't around boats. I learned how to ski when I was 4 years old and I still ski when I get the chance. However, just relaxing around boats is what I love to do most. Right after college, I entered the marine industry as a sales consultant and have worked with this company in Richmond, Lexington, Jeffersonville, and now Louisville. Jim Tingle, Sales Consultant
I have been boating for nearly 50 years and have owned more than 15 different boats. I have traveled extensively on the inland waterways including trips from Louisville to Pittsburgh, Charleston and Knoxville. My favorite boating river is the Tennessee between Knoxville and Chattanooga. My engineering background and personal experience in performing boat maintenance and repairs on my own boats allow me considerable insight into how things work. I enjoy showing new as well as experienced boaters how to operate and maintain their new boats.

I have been around the water for my entire life, spending summers as a child at our family's cottage. Today, I have three wonderful boys who share my same love for the water and boating. In my spare time you can find me boating with my boys, watching them water ski, wakeboard or just hanging out on our boat at Dale Hollow.

I have been boating since I was in my early teens, spending time on several lakes in Kentucky, Michigan, North and South Carolina and on the Ohio River. Each location gives you a new perspective and a new boating experience. I have been in the boating industry for seven years, mostly in the service department. I have great insight on how things work and how important it is for customers to enjoy time on the water.
